Edit workshop evaluation

I used the 180 degree rule in the scene with the main actor and the school counsellor where talking about what the student could do as he thought someone was following him.I had to film this twice as someone told me that I had filmed it wrong so I fixed it. I used the rule of thirds throughout the scenes with the camera.
This is used so the audience doesn't get confused when watching the scenes and so the cameraman can't see one another as that would remind the audience they are watching something and not "living it." I had done this so I could see what the scenes look like and if they met guideline which applies to the process of composing visual images. I had to use the match on action shot in the scene when kaval walked in the class room.
A challenge I faced when filming was what the actors wore and if it was the same thing they were wearing in the last scene. I had to change and re do a lot of scenes as the actors changed a lot. A challenge I faced in post-production was not having enough shots as we didn't get to film a lot as the main character was not in school on a day and we had to improvise.
A strength of my work in my opinion was that I had to use 'IMovie' on a mac and I had used this before so I could use and I was one of the first to finish. Also the movie was short so it was easy to edit and when watched easy to understand. A weakness of my work would be that I, myself did not film properly as I nudged the camera sometimes and accidentally almost broke a tripod also at one point someone lost the storyboard and It had to be redone it. I thankfully didn't have to put this in my movie as I cut them so that the audience couldn't see it. An improvement I could make would be different music as I watched it I changed my mind, as I didn't like it anymore and also use the shot reverse shot more.
